Whether you're brand new to health coaching or simply looking for a fresh start, here’s exactly what to expect during our 12 weeks together. My process is supportive, straightforward, and customized to your life—because no two wellness journeys are the same.
What Is Health Coaching?
Health coaching is a collaborative partnership focused on helping you take charge of your own well-being. I’m here to walk alongside you—not tell you what to do—but to help you uncover your own goals, motivations, and habits that will support long-term change. Think of me as your accountability partner, cheerleader, and guide.
Week 1: Your Foundation Session
In our first session together (about 60–75 minutes), we’ll dive deep into what matters most to you.
You’ll walk away with:
- Your personal wellness vision—how you want to feel and function in your ideal life.
- A set of 3-month goals aligned with your vision. These are specific, realistic, and meaningful to you.
- A clear understanding of how we’ll work together moving forward.
This session sets the tone for the rest of the program. It’s where the magic begins.
Weeks 2–11: Weekly Goal Check-Ins
Each week, we’ll meet for a 30-45 minute coaching session designed to help you stay focused and build momentum.

Goal Review
We’ll check in on your progress since our last session—what’s working, what’s not, and what got in the way.Personal Insights + Discoveries
These are “aha” insights that come up as we talk through your experiences. Often, this is where real growth happens.New Goal Setting
You’ll decide on one or two small, doable goals for the coming week that support your bigger vision.Over time, these small weekly steps add up to real, lasting change.
Week 12: Reflection and Next Steps
In our final session, we’ll reflect on how far you’ve come, celebrate your wins (big and small), and talk about how to keep your momentum going beyond our time together.

A renewed sense of confidence
A clear path forward
Tools you can return to anytime life gets busy
