Who, me?
Hi, I’m Jen — wellness coach, former corporate warrior, and Charlotte resident of 17 years. I’m also a mom to two energetic boys, wife to a wonderful husband, and someone who’s deeply passionate about helping others feel strong, steady, and empowered in their own health journey.
I studied Business at Indiana University and spent 13 successful years in the food industry, working in consumer sales for some of the biggest brands you’ll find in your pantry. During that time, I learned how to translate complex data into simple, actionable stories — helping the right products reach the right people. I also gained a behind-the-scenes understanding of how grocery stores work, how products are placed, and how consumers make decisions — knowledge I now bring to my guided grocery store tours to help you shop with confidence and clarity.
In 2018, I stepped away from corporate life in search of something more meaningful. My oldest son had just turned one, and I craved more time with him and more space to explore who I was beyond my career. What followed was a beautiful, chaotic chapter: two boys under two, a pair of aging dogs, a home remodel, and a global pandemic. It was one of the most difficult — and ultimately transformative — seasons of my life.
During that time, I also spent three years working as a professional organizer, helping women bring order and peace to their homes. I quickly came to see that physical space is a powerful, often overlooked pillar of total wellness. When your home supports your health, everything else flows more easily — from your habits to your mindset.
That season, along with my own complex health journey (which I share here), is what led me more deeply into the wellness world. I became passionate about functional nutrition, low-toxic living, and building sustainable routines that actually work in real life — not just in theory. I also discovered the incredible power of coaching: not to tell people what to do, but to walk beside them as they learn to trust themselves again.
Today, I’m a certified health and wellness coach through Wellcoaches, trained in evidence-based methods grounded in behavioral science and positive psychology. My coaching is practical, compassionate, and tailored to you — whether we’re working on nutrition, movement, mindset, or creating a more peaceful home environment.
My mission is to help women find clarity in the chaos, strength in their bodies, and peace in their everyday lives. I’m so glad you’re here.
