FAQ
-
What is health coaching?
Health coaching is a supportive, one-on-one process that helps you create realistic and sustainable changes to improve your health. Together, we focus on your goals, your lifestyle, and what’s actually doable in your real life.
-
Will you tell me what to eat or give me a meal plan?
Nope—and that’s intentional. I’ll help you tune into your body, understand what works best for you, and build habits that feel nourishing and sustainable. If you need a detailed medical or therapeutic diet, I’ll recommend a licensed professional.
-
How long does it take to see results?
Everyone’s different, but many clients start noticing subtle shifts in energy, mindset, or motivation within a few weeks. Bigger changes—like consistency or weight loss—often come after 2–3 months of steady progress.
-
How do you help with motivation and accountability?
We stay connected. I check in with you weekly, celebrate your wins (big or small), help troubleshoot roadblocks, and keep you focused on the long game. You’re not doing this alone—I’m here to walk beside you.
-
What kinds of people do you work with?
I work with people who are ready to take ownership of their health but want guidance, support, and a plan that actually fits their life. Whether you're looking to improve energy, blood sugar, digestion, or just feel more in control of your wellness—I’m here for it.
-
How do I know if you’re the right coach for me?
The best way to know is to book a free intro call. We’ll talk through your goals and see if it feels like a good fit. There’s no pressure—just a chance to connect and get clarity on your next step.
-
How much does it cost?
I offer a 12-week coaching package that includes 6 bi-weekly coaching sessions, weekly check-ins, and personalized support between sessions. Pricing is $___ (fill in your rate) for the full program. I also offer a free intro call so you can make sure it’s a good fit before committing.
Want to break it up? Monthly payment plans are available.
-
Can I work with you longer than 12 weeks?
Yes. Some clients like to continue with monthly or seasonal check-ins after the initial 12-week program. We can build something that fits your needs as you go.
-
What if I have to miss a session?
No problem—life happens. I ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. We’ll find another time that works, or shift things around to keep you on track.
-
Do you offer evening or weekend sessions?
I have limited evening spots, but most of my coaching happens during weekday hours. Let me know what you need, and I’ll do my best to accommodate.
-
Where do sessions take place?
For coaching, all sessions are virtual (via Zoom), so you can join from the comfort of your home, office, or wherever you feel at ease. You just need a quiet space and a good internet connection.
Grocery store tours and pantry makeovers are for clients located in the greater Charlotte area.
